Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
β’ After your service has been booked, you are NOT allowed to change service once you arrive to your appointment.
β’You will have a 15 minute grace period after your appointment time- if you are late past 15 minutes, there will be a $20 late fee added to your remaining balance. If you are late past 20 minutes, you will have to reschedule your appointment.
β’ There is a $25 non-refundable deposit required at booking to secure your appointment.
β’ Form of payment preferably CASH ; accepts card payments.
β’βNO CALL NO SHOWSβ will have to pay full balance if future bookings occur. If another NCNS is accumulated, you will no longer be able to book again.
β’You will have a 24 hour window to cancel before your appointment. Cancellations done the day of appointment , will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
